DEPOSIT
A deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment.
You are allowed one courtesy reschedule per deposit. If an appointment is rescheduled more than one time, a new deposit will be required.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please contact us if you will be running late.
Keep in mind arriving late will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge and scheduled time for the appointment will remain the same.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
A fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged for no shows & last minute cancellations. No call, no shows will be banned from future bookings.
Cash, credit and debit payments are accepted to settle your remaining balance.
NO FOREIGN REFILLS
Refills are up to 3 weeks only. If more than 21 days have passed or if you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining, it will be considered a full set. Please book accordingly.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
No extra people are allowed in the suite. If you must bring someone they may wait in the waiting area.
ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES
Clients with allergies or sensitivities must inform beforehand. Aloysia Beauty is not responsible for any reactions resulting from lash procedure.
If concerned, please book in for a patch test to ensure no reactions will occur.
SERVICE REFUSAL
Aloysia Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in the case of policy violations, failure to comply, harassment and any other inappropriate behavior.
NO REFUNDS
All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
At Aloysia Beauty our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your results. We guarantee to fix any concerns within 72 hours of your appointment.
